Your Day of Coordinating package will include a consultation prior to securing J Grace Events. Unlimited communication before your wedding, and on-site coordinating the day of the event. Assistance with seating diagram, and timeline for wedding. One hour rehearsal walk through at the venue, and collection of decor at the rehearsal. Assisting with the set up of specialty items the day of your wedding, and confirmation of vendors 2 weeks prior to the event.
Full Planning
Your Full Planning package will include a consultation prior to securing J Grace Events. Assistance with the wedding planning from start to finish. We will work directly with vendors to plan your wedding, and make sure your wedding dreams come true. Unlimited communication before your wedding, and on-site coordinating the day of the event. One final planning meeting before your walk through at the venue. Assistance with seating diagram, and timeline for wedding. One hour rehearsal walk through at the venue, and collection of decor at the rehearsal. Assisting with the set up of specialty items the day of your wedding, and confirmation of vendors 2 weeks prior to the event.
